Osgood Schlatters Disease

Osgood schlatters disease is a common cause of knee pain and swelling in active children. It is most common in boys aged 11 to 14 years and can occur in one or both knees.
Treatment includes rest from aggravating activities, ice and stretches. Pain will go once the child has stopped growing.
