Margaret is a registered Psychologist, Member of The Australian Psychological Society and Member of The Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has a naturally engaging, warm, professional manner. She offers an extensive set of skills and experience having worked in the community, health, education, public and corporate sectors. She has substantial experience as a psychologist, CEO, senior executive, organisational development and change management consultant, lecturer, researcher, professional supervisor, tribunal member, coach and mentor. Her experience extends from working with children through to elderly clients. She has worked as a medical researcher in psycho-oncology and has experience in health coaching and adjustment following diagnosis. She also enjoys working with executives and professionals during times of career transition. She provides psychological therapy for a variety of presentations including; anxiety, depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anger, work-life balance, relationship issues, workplace stress, resilience training, and bereavement counselling. Margaret applies a range of evidence based techniques and interventions including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Positive Psychology, Relaxation training, Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Group Conferencing and Solution Focussed Brief Therapy.
